From 1cd2c07f94c33805a52fb4fc7a08c1f9666883a0 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Rob Landley Date: Mon, 24 Oct 2022 12:02:59 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] Actually fix netcat server mode. (Helps to have -u in the test.) Only implemented -l not -L and without -W a UDP server will never exit. Design issue: other netcat implementations have the same problem. --- toys/net/netcat.c | 64 +++++++++++++++++++++++++---------------------- 1 file changed, 34 insertions(+), 30 deletions(-) diff --git a/toys/net/netcat.c b/toys/net/netcat.c index 7c4fdefe..6d709a9e 100644 --- a/toys/net/netcat.c +++ b/toys/net/netcat.c @@ -2,11 +2,9 @@ * * Copyright 2007 Rob Landley * - * TODO: udp, ipv6, genericize for telnet/microcom/tail-f - * fix -t, xconnect - * netcat -L zombies + * TODO: genericize for telnet/microcom/tail-f, fix -t -USE_NETCAT(NEWTOY(netcat, "^tElLw#<1W#<1p#<1>65535q#<1s:f:46uUn[!tlL][!Lw][!46U]", TOYFLAG_BIN)) +USE_NETCAT(NEWTOY(netcat, "^tElLw#<1W#<1p#<1>65535q#<1s:f:46uUn[!tlL][!Lw][!Lu][!46U]", TOYFLAG_BIN)) USE_NETCAT(OLDTOY(nc, netcat, TOYFLAG_USR|TOYFLAG_BIN)) config NETCAT @@ -81,7 +79,8 @@ static int usock(char *name, int type, int out) void netcat_main(void) { int sockfd = -1, in1 = 0, in2 = 0, out1 = 1, out2 = 1, family = AF_UNSPEC, - ll = FLAG(L)|FLAG(l), type = FLAG(u) ?
