WWIV 4.21a and WWIV 4.22 have both had the same bug.  Neither actually allow
you to use the SysOp/Co-SysOp/Sub-Op command to move a post from one message
sub to another without trashing the message.  This fix was posted back within
the first few weeks of 4.21a release, however I cannot locate the author to
give credit.
