Calvin Hsia: Lead Developer for Visual FoxPro
Eric Rudder: Eric Rudder was the architect of Visual FoxPro 3.0. Currently Eric serves as senior vice president of Developer and Platform Evangelism. He is responsible for leading the company’s outreach to the developer community. Through his leadership of this division, Rudder and his team focus on coordinating the overall programming model for the client and server, creating the best tools for the .NET platform and fostering synergies between Windows and the .NET Enterprise Server offerings. In addition, the division will be chartered with evangelizing the extended Microsoft platform through a variety of content offerings including providing effective web-based training for developers and IT managers.
Prior to leading the Developer and Platform Evangelism division, Rudder was vice president of Technical Strategy working directly with Chairman and Chief Software Architect Bill Gates on Microsoft’s technical planning processes. He also has worked in several other areas at Microsoft, including networking, operating systems and developer tools, where he previously served as general manager for Visual Studio.
Rudder graduated with honors from Brown University in 1988, and currently lives in Seattle with his wife and two children.

Ken Levy: Ken have joined Microsoft as the Visual FoxPro Product Manager within the Fox team reporting directly to Group Manager Ricardo Wenger in august 6th, 2001. Ken is a long time recognized member of the FoxPro community and has developed many high profile applications and tools in all versions of FoxBase/FoxPro through Visual FoxPro 6.0 since 1986.
While working as a consultant at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Ken developed several public domain open source programs including GenScrnX and other developer tools used worldwide for in-house and commercial applications.
Ken worked in Microsoft as a full time employee, in the Microsoft Office group as a Program Manager. He was primarily involved with data, XML, and XSL technologies.
Ken was previously the Director of Technology at XMLFund, LLC in Bellevue, WA, and led a team of technologists in identifying and evaluating investment prospects while assisting portfolio companies in technology and marketing. Ken was formerly with DataChannel, Inc. as a Senior Architect working on technical marketing efforts for XML based enterprise corporate portal products. Ken spent over 4 years as a software engineer consulting for Microsoft on the Visual FoxPro team from version 3.0 through 7.0 and is the author of many components of Visual FoxPro including the Class Browser and Component Gallery.
Ken is a former technical contributing editor and writer to many software magazines, a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

Sherri Bruhn Kennamer: She was not an employee of Fox Software in Toledo, but she was an enthusiastic user of the program and an active member of FoxForum on CompuServe. She joined product support services at Microsoft after the merger, and also worked as a tester and developer on FoxPro 3.0 and 5.0. She did some of the original wizards and also worked on SourceSafe integration. Later, she was the Development Manager on the www.microsoft.com website in its early days and worked on other Microsoft projects too. She retired in 2000.

Tod Nielsen: Nielsen was a former Microsoft employee and had been at the front of Microsoft's efforts with developers for a number of years, and as such had played a critical role -- helping to define the company's technological direction. Developing the technologies and products that meet developers' needs is critical to Microsoft's overall success, because the more software that is developed on top of the Microsoft platform, the more attractive Microsoft's platform will be to businesses and consumers.
Nielsen eventually shifted his work to other core developer tools in the Developer Tools Division including FoxPro, Visual InterDev and Internet Information Server. At the end of 1995, when Microsoft was starting to concentrate its efforts on the Internet, he transferred to Microsoft's Developer Relations Group, since renamed the Developer Group.
