0000943: DHCP Link broken

Description

ISC has moved version 3.0.3 of the DHCP source into a new subdirectory:
ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp/dhcp-3.0-history/ [^]

Additional Information

Either the source directory needs to be corrected in the .mk file, or version 3.0.4 needs to be used. However, some of the patches fail to work with 3.0.4. I renamed the patch to prevent it from applying, and all compiled correctly. So far no exec errors, but not heavily tested.
