0000089: New config option for erandom, and a few code tweaks.

Description

This attachment adds a config option for erandom. The ssp descriptions were modified, if you guys don't like them that's fine with me.

The prototypes are good karma, but I heard they don't work well with the older gcc versions.

I moved the default_canary/gettimeofday up so its used all the time, if urandom works then __guard just gets overwritten.

I added a for loop for the sysctl followed by an if /4. If all is well the loop only runs once.

And that's about it.
