| Description |
Some of us think that timestamps generated by diff are useless and religiously strip them to cut bandwidth down. Also git(7) generate timestampless patches by default. GNU patch(1) eat them flawlessly. I'm sure BSD too. To save others from head-scratching re "what do you mean line "--- a/Makefile" is malformed?" trivial patch attached. This time with timestamps to not screw your not-yet-fixed busyboxes. |
