0000785: Syslogd level patch

Description

When using the circular log capability of syslogd, it would be very helpful to filter logged messages based on log level. This link has a patch to do this:

It fails on the current code, but appears to still be a reasonable solution. Could this be included so it would eventually be picked up by OpenWRT? Thanks.

(0001489) landley 06-30-06 11:35	I just noticed this going through the buglist. 1.2.0 ships later today so it's too late for a new feature, but I'll keep this open and do another pass over the bug list for new features as soon as the tree opens for 1.3.
