0004864: adding log2 to libmath

Description

Uclibc policy describes that, if a progam needs a libmath function it
will be added on request. Inside qt-embedded 4.4.1 one font program uses
log2 which is not yet in libmath. Attached is patch, which should
apply clean against head. The patch is based on the patch which
Natanael Copa sends to the mailinglist in oct 2007.
