Summary

0000458: PATCH: Cannot build and install when using build folder other than source

Description

If a build is attempted using a build folder other than the source folder, the build will fail due to missing "config.h" header file.

After fixing the previous issue, the install will also fail and the following will appear in the output:

"make[1]: *** No rule to make target `applets/install.sh', needed by `install'. Stop."

A potential fix for these two issues can be found in the patch attached.
