0004064: fails to mv dangling symlink across mountpoints

Description

initially reported here:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=426145 [^]

rm -f nonono
ln -s nonono y
busybox mv y /boot/
mv: cannot rename 'y': No such file or directory

the target of mv has to be a different mountpoint.
