0000396: ls applet fails to parse command line arguments

Description

In current svn version (just checked in), the ls applet fails to parse command line arguments. Reproductible:
/bin/ls -lsa # works as expected
/bin/ls --color -lsa # only --color is parsed, the remaining arguments are ignored.
