0003744: Dos2unix changes permissions

Description

Using the dos2unix applet changes the file's permissions, which is clearly something it shouldn't do.

Regardless of the previous perms, the new ones are always 0600 (rw- --- ---)

This is using 1.10.3 with patches applied, on a pentium2, glibc 2.7, gcc 4.2.3
