0003384: udhcpc should permit required arguments

Description

In a multi dhcp envorioment, udhcp should select the correct DHCP offer according to its parameters requisites. Those parameters should be specified in command line argments. Something like

udhcp -require root-path -request ntp-server -request 65

(0012014) bernhardf 09-25-08 08:58	Note that the standalone udhcp client/server is not maintained anymore since it was moved to busybox. Use the udhcp in busybox instead. Please let me know if your problem is fixed in busybox or not.
