0000338: implementation of istreambuf_iterator::equal(const istreambuf_iterator&) and fixed constructor of istreambuf_iterator

Description

The implementation of istreambuf_iterator::equal(const istreambuf_iterator&) was incomplete. The one provided here checks equality as much as possible.
One constructor of istreambuf_iterator takes a pointer to a streambuf. The initialization was incorrect.
