0001443: Patching fontconfig Makefile.am files fails

Description

While buildroot was attempting to compile fontconfig (buildroot revision , uclibc-0.9.29, busybox-1.6.1, gcc-4.2.0) it would give the following errors:

I modified the package/fontconfig/host-tools.patch file by hand, so it might not be 100% correct. I've attached the version that allowed compilation to continue.
