0001364: Cannot compile DirectFB on ARM

Description

When trying to compile DirectFB, compilation stops because PAGE_SIZE is undefined.

Additional Information

include/asm/page.h is empty bar some comments.
DirectFB assumes it can use PAGE_SIZE if page.h exists and thus fails to compile.

Patch included: ...\package\directfb\directfb_page_size.patch
