0001347: MDEV, new patch

Description

Hi list,
I have the impression that nobody is interested in mdev, however I continue to send my patchs.

The new mdev can:
1- create symlinks
2- create (sub-)directories
3- create devices in a (sub-)directories
4- execute an command
5- work with and without CONFIG_SYSFS_DEPRECATED in kernel >= 2.6.20

(0006234) vda 03-29-08 09:16	mdev in svn (after rev 21557) seems to do all of this except "pure" creation of symlinks ("stderr -> /proc/self/fd/2" syntax). That last thing can be done with ln. The rest seems to be implemented now.
