0001169: networking/libiproute/libnetlink.h needs to include linux/types.h

Description

networking/libiproute/libnetlink.h needs to include <linux/types.h>, otherwise I get a bunch of errors about symbols like __u32.

I'm using a crosstool-built gcc-3.4.5-glibc-2.3.6/arm-softfloat-linux-gnu crosscompiler on ia32.

I've attached a patch that causes the build to succeed.
