0001109: reboot command not work |

Description |
My kernel version is 2.4.25 and busybox is 1.2.2.
When I use reboot, nothing goes on. But reboot -f works.
I found the issue in the list, and the ID is:0001054
I just want to know is there any update. Why it's not work and how to fix.
